A hidden delight in the heart of the Medina. The room was cozy and opened onto a beautiful courtyard. The staff, especially Fatima, were always helpful and made us feel safe during our stay. The location was ideal, close to the main square and other attractions. I highly recommend this place for an authentic experience in Marrakesh.

Owner is a very kind, calm, honest and helpful person. Also, it is in a very quiet spot, though not at the end of a back alley. To avoid confusion, note that "Moulay" in Morocco is often abbreviated as "My", so the sign says "My Ali", it's the same place though.
While a traditional riad with courtyard and trees etc, it's not as cozy as some other riads I have been to. But for people who look for a hassle-free experience, it's a good place to stay.

The location is great, within reach of all important places to visit in Marrakech. The staff is friendly and always ready to be of help.
It's difficult to find the way to the Riad, but one should contact them earlier to fix a meeting point nearby. Then it's a matter of minutes.

The staff was very friendly and always available to help, the breakfast was very nice too and the Riad looks very traditional and good localization.
The bed wasn´t very good because made a hole in the midle and one of the pillows was hard, made my back hurts.

Our first time on African continent and first time in a Muslim country. We felt the warmth and friendliness of Riad owners/staff as we did every place we visited in Marrakech during our stay.

This hotel is a heaven of calmness in the busy Medina of Marrakech. Perfect to come home to after a day in the souks, which together with the Jemaa el-Fna square, are only a short walk from the hotel. The roof terrace with a panoramic view over the Medina and the small courtyard give a nice place to relax after a busy day in Marrakech.

Friendly staff, very good position close to the souq and main square. The riad has a wonderful patio and terrace on the roof top where you can relax in a very quite atmosphere.
Quite hard to find as there is no indication. You might have to ask someone paying a small tip. Quite dark street in the night
